CHUCK PIERCE’S WORDS
FOR CALIFORNIA
APRIL 21, 2008
These words and teachings were given at Jubilee Church in Camarillo on Monday night April 21st the day after Passover on Sunday. Some of the Prophetic Words are given first followed by the teachings and settings so they have context.
Chuck’s reason for coming to California:
I have been committed to California this year. It is the Hebrew year 5768. We need to understand how important this year is for California. One of His calls to us is that we become one new man and align with those who have stewardship with the land. We are tonight declaring a liberation has come to California. God told me there were some key cities to be at for the Jewish Feast times this year. The first place He told me to be in was California. There were three Feasts in biblical times. The first was the Passover. We must move into His perfect times this season of His death, burial and resurrection. God told me, ‘A new order is being set. The first State that had to be set in a new order this year is California.’ You are His proto type in this state.
Shift brought about by Revelation:
This year is linked with revelation. You can’t move forward with out revelation this year. It is not about the mind. It is about God moving in revelation. Passover reorders our steps through revelation. This year that evangelistic stirring begins to move in the next 7 days. The prayer movement is shifting into a kingdom move of God where we are bringing people into the plan of God. We share what we have prayed so they get saved.
Shaking in California:
California is on God’s radar this year. Because you are here at the Passover you can decree and it will happen. It is a day of inheritance. It is California’s time to Passover. God has His eyes on San Diego. There will be a shaking in the North that will reverberate all the way down to San Diego. It will cause a change on the borders of San Diego. This will be a year of changing of boarders. San Diego will hear the changes of its borders.
Timing in the State:
Things that occurred 40 years ago in California must pass away now or the slavery issues will accelerate across our nation in a new way. Tonight we will declare they will pass away. This is a governmental year. Therefore, there will be an acceleration of slavery or freedom in this nation. The Lord showed me California will be one of the greatest influences over the course of this nation. I’m glad to see Sue Rowe here tonight. God’s going to get the wheels turning again. (Reference to Chuck’s 1998 word regarding 8-Hubs to establish prayer watches in the state.) We have come full circle. It has been 10 years since the prayer movement started. We are now at a gate to reclaim what is remaining to be fulfilled.
A New Demonstration of Kingdom Power:
You will go into a season of new planting in this state. It will be a sign agriculturally in this state. I say what has been planted I’m going to begin to remove. I will separate the tares and the wheat. A movement of the wind of My Spirit will come. A wave of My Spirit will move in this state. I am coming into this state. I am coming into this state through demonstration. I am coming to realign the generations and the moves that have been rejected in the past will come together and there will be a new move in this region. Don’t look to the North or just the South. What has been devoted into the gambling system I’m going to shake. There will be a new economic trend in this state because of your meeting and it will create a new move of financial freedom.
Change in the power systems:
The power systems will begin to change as a sign. The end of this season has come this night (April 21) and the beginning of a season will develop in the next 3 months. You will say that move of God has come into California by the end of 6 months. I say, ‘I have come to tell you to break agreement with slavery and watch me move. Move against anti-Semitism. Watch me move in the hospital system of this state and the medical system that is what I have come to shake. I will shake certain medical structures as signs that that which has been held in place in this nation will no longer be able to control a nation.
A New System of Healing:
“Watch me create a new system of healing. Protect yourself and my kingdom against the covenant breaking strategies of the enemy over the next 6 months. If you do that, I will favor my covenant in this state. Watch the synagogues. There are strategies the enemy has set against them this hour that I must uncover. Pray for the synagogues and allow me to move and shake the medical systems. If you will do that I will change the course of a nation.”
His Presence the Key to a Move of Healing:
“I say practice my presence and my presence will be here to heal. If you continue to practice my presence I will come with my healing wings and cover the many I will bring to you. Let the healing begin in My House again!”
TEACHINGS ON THE PASSOVER:
This is the Hebrew year 5768. We need to understand how it is important to California this year. The Passover celebration used a text from the Song of Solomon 2: 10, 11.
“My beloved spoke, ad said to me: ‘Rise up, my love, my fair one, and come away. For lo, the winter is past, the rain is over and gone. The lowers appear on the earth; the time of singing has come, and the voice of the turtledove is heard in our land.”
This scripture was read during Passover. From Yom Kippur in the fall to the Passover we have come 6 months. We are half way there. It is 6 months to the next Yom Kippur. WE are at the entry way into the year God has told us to go in to spiritually. This is the 10th year season of the start of the prayer movement in California. It started in 1998. We have come full circle. The Hebrew number of “8” is a door way or a gate. The number 8 is linked with new beginning. We are standing in our entry gate into a new beginning. Something new is waiting for you to cross into in this state. You need to do what you need to do to cross into the new beginning. Some of you need to decide you will do what is necessary to cross into a new future. This is a season to remember what you’ve come out of so you can move forward. There is something about California that must be energized in a new way. What freedom means is that your hands are released in a new way so that what you’ve been hanging on to are released so you can hang on to something else.
The new gateway will show you a place that has been hidden from you. There is a gate this year that God will use so show you what has been hidden so you can pass over through the Passover to align with a moment of tie for this generation – so we must move forward. By the time this Passover is finished (40 Days) we have moved passed that historical season (the gate). Now we must move into a new way of thinking this season. This year you must go through a new gate into a new field and your field of authority shifts. Your home makes a shift. You have set a time to remove those things that hinder you so you can move forward. He’s rearranging your path into the future. Let’s take a look at Exodus Chapter one at the Passover.
Exodus Chapter One: This shows how we have to pray in a new way.
It is a commemoration of a true day of freedom to celebrate Passover so we advance towards His promise. We are born into slavery because we are of fallen man. We are born in sin and in slavery. Through a blood system we have been set free. Passover is a commemoration of slavery being broken. There are bans of slavery being broken across this state because of this gathering. Passover is a celebration of praise and humility are in order because we can not set ourselves free. We are not to forget the oppression we came out of. We can forgive it but not forget it.
It’s a day of choice for California. If a Passover were not held in California it would be a symbol that we have chosen not to honor God. In Egypt the people had to choose rather to be ruled by Pharaoh of by God. Each year we are to choose to be ruled by God in our household and sphere of authority to make a choice to freedom. We decree deliverance from bondage.
The next half of this year the Lord says, ‘you and I that we will now over come the oppression that will keep us from our new beginning. You have made me your master and I will wipe out that which is now controlling you.’
The Passover was a home meeting. They had to meet together. A requirement was to be with family for Passover. It was for restoration of the family. See Ex 12:22. The blood was put on the door mantle and post creating a cross. They were not to go out of the door until morning. If you submit yourself to the Lord on Passover He will establish your going out for the future. Shut the door so I can bring you to a new place. All must shut the door to something in our past to move forward. New boundaries are being set. Old systems are ending. Things we have known to be awesome in the past no longer will move forward starting today. If you continue to move in those things you won’t get away in this new season with them. This is a year of new beginnings. This Passover we must shut the door to things and move into you next season of victory.
The promise and the deeds in connection with our redemption we are to rehearse them. We have to go back and ask ‘what are the promises spoken? Show me how to move into what has not been manifested.’ The Passover reminds us the nations are aligning. Israel is the first born nation. Where God preformed His acts in the land. If we don’t acknowledge this we disconnect with the acts of God in the land. This is why it is important to get the Native people acknowledging this alignment with Israel. The Native people acknowledging this can shift the whole nation into covenant alignment with God. The moment the host people of the land acknowledge the first born nation this whole nation will shift. In the Passover the only way out was through the blood of the Passover lamb. It had to be a spotless lamb. (We are to bring ourselves under the blood boundaries of the lamb.)
A new Pharaoh in Egypt caused slavery to accelerate. This is a governmental year. Therefore, there will be an acceleration of slavery or freedom in this nation this year. This pharaoh would acknowledge Joseph. He shifted Joseph’s policies out of place to enslave the people. The Lord showed me California will be one of the greatest influences over the course of the nation. Growth and multiplication of the Jews frightened the enemy in Egypt. God is saying its tie to frighten the enemy through our growth and multiplication.
Pharaoh brought the people into bondage. He did it through corporate anti-Semitism. We must watch against this same work of the enemy this year. New politics ad policies can be used to discount righteousness. We must watch shifting government. The Pharaoh used Joseph’s plan and perverted it to deceive the people. There was no racism in Joseph’s day. He had the people working together in 10 regions. He protected his own wealth while bringing the Jews into bondage. He turned the Egyptians against the Hebrews and taking away their wealth and inheritance. God is going to intervene with what the enemy has done with the wealth today. He will transfer the wealth this year back to His people when we get aligned.
Pharaoh got the people to a place in their minds where they felt they had a right to take the land all back. (Like the Europeans did to the Native Americans). The people finally cried out to God and reminded Him of His promises. And God said ‘Wait a minute.’
This is the season we cry out to God and remind Him of His promises. We are passing over into a new realm of supply. There are things in your bones God has given you. He is going to activate in you. This Passover is God’s new beginning for you. Remember things you have not seen manifested which He has promised. Remember them and see what happens.
Conclusion and Summary Appeal:
It is time to Cross Over in California as a state into the inheritance God has ordained for us. It’s time to get aligned with the new structure and revelation God has for the state. We must pray for the protection of synagogues and for the shifting of the medical systems in the state while practicing the presence of God and asking for Him to align us with the Gateway which will lead to a new move of God.

Sun: AM-Declare the shutting of doors to the things of the past that would hinder us from moving into the gateway God is opening for us individually and corporately.
Sun: PM-Declare this next 40 days the promises God has made in the past for you and your region.
Mon: AM-Proclaim a Remembrance and praise God for what He has done in the past to set you free.
Mon: PM-Declare the blood of Christ over your home and life and set a boundary against the enemy.
Tues: AM-Declare a release of new revelation that will bring a shift.
Tues: PM-Declare the prayer movement will shift from a prayer movement into a kingdom movement supported by prayer.
Wed: AM-Declare the shutting of the door of the past and the opening of a new beginning in this state.
Wed: PM-Declare that this state will be in covenant alignment with Israel the first born nation to bless and pray for the peace of Jerusalem.
Thurs: AM-Declare the Lord will expose any strategies the enemy has to attack synagogues and that He will shake the medical system.
Thurs: PM-Declare and Cry out to God to release His wings of healing in our state.
Friday: AM-Declare a transfer of wealth in the state for God’s people.
Friday: PM -Declare we will shift the state now into a new order.
Sat: AM/PM-Declare a release of the presence of God over His people resulting
in a Sabbath Rest from the presence of the Lord for the state.
